We’re excited to welcome you and share with you what’s next.
We value our relationship with you and want to ensure you have clarity on what this change means for you, so we’ve prepared some quick answers.

1. Will there be any changes to my current products or services?

There are no immediate changes to the products and support you use today. All your current licenses and support will continue as before. Over time, we may introduce enhancements or new capabilities as we combine the strengths of both companies.

2. Who do I contact for support or account questions?

Your existing points of contact and customer support teams remain the same. All current phone numbers, emails, and support portals continue to operate. You can expect Silvaco’s account support team to reach out to you to introduce themselves and provide you with additional points of contact.

3. Will my pricing or contract terms change?

No. All existing contracts, pricing, and license agreements (LAs)  remain valid and will be honored.

4. How does this acquisition benefit me as a customer?

The acquisition brings together additional expertise, technology, and resources, allowing us to:

  • Accelerate the development of new products.
  • Expand existing product capabilities and support offerings.
  • Deliver a broader suite of solutions tailored to your needs.
  • Deepen our long-term collaboration with you.

5. Will the brand name, platform, or products change?

For now, the Mixel brand will be maintained as is. All products and services will remain under their current names and platforms. If there are any future changes to branding or product names, we will offer clear communication and guidance to facilitate a smooth transition.

6. Will there be any changes to billing or payment processes?

Not at this time. Your invoices, payment schedules, and billing contacts remain the same. Any changes will be communicated directly and proactively.

7. Will there be product roadmap changes or new features?

Yes. The combined company plans to invest heavily in expanding our current IP portfolio. You can expect deeper integrations, and access to additional tools and solutions over time. Roadmap updates will be shared with customers as they become available.

8. How will communication about changes be handled?

We are committed to clear, proactive communication. Any updates regarding products, contracts, support, or branding will be sent via email, and shared by your account team.
